How to Apply

The Sixers Youth Foundation provides grants on a regional level ensuring that our commitment extends from the local communities where our fans live, work and play. Only registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations operating in the Delaware Valley are eligible to apply. Organizations must fall into our three areas of focus: Academic Enrichment, Access to Quality Play and Safe Play Spaces. To learn more, review our Impact.

Grant requests for over $25,000 will be accepted on or before April 1st for spring cycle and on or before October 1st for fall cycle. Qualified organizations can submit Letters of Inquiry and grant applications during those timeframes. Requests will be reviewed, and organizations will receive a response before the next grant submission window opens.

If the foundation approves the online Letter of Inquiry, the charitable organization may submit a full grant application. Please be advised that the organization may be requested to submit further information before a full proposal is accepted.

Grant requests less than $25,000 are available to local non-profit organizations. These grant inquiries are considered on an ongoing basis while budgeted funds last. Once the budget is reached, further inquiries will be declined for the current year and encouraged to re-apply for the following year.

The Sixers Youth Foundation only accepts online Letters of Inquiry and applications. No Letters of Intent or grant requests will be accepted via mail, phone or email.
